I support families with infants and toddlers from 4 months to 4 years old. Whether you’re navigating split nights, tackling early-morning wakes, or helping your toddler sleep through the night, I’ll create a plan that suits your child’s age and stage. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

No. This is really important to me. I don't believe lasting change should come at the cost of your baby's trust or your bond with them. My approach is responsive and comfort-led throughout. My goal is to help your little one feel safe, secure and connected while learning healthy sleep habits. It is important to recognise that tears are never avoidable as it’s their way of communicating however we will work together to try to keep them to a minimum. I will always be upfront with you though. I'll talk you through exactly what to expect before we begin, so there are no surprises.

If anything, the opposite. Connection and security are the foundation everything I do is built on. My goal is to help your baby sleep confidently and independently, without ever compromising the trust and closeness between you.

We work together over a focused 3-week journey. It's enough time to see real, sustainable change. However, some situations require more gradual changes. I’ll guide you every step of the way so we can move at a pace that works for your family.

I understand. I'm a teacher and a mum myself, juggling a demanding job alongside the exhaustion of the early years. That's exactly why I keep things clear and direct — clear instructions, clear feedback, clear next steps — so you're never left wasting precious time wondering what to do.
-
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all routines pulled off a shelf. Every plan I build is shaped around your baby's own sleep environment, temperament, feeding schedule, and habits — because every child is unique.

By the end of our three weeks, most families see their baby falling asleep confidently and independently in their own sleep space, alongside a calmer, more predictable routine for the whole household — plus the reassurance that comes from having a plan built specifically around your child.

I've been exactly where you are. When my son was born, I had all the research and none of the guidance — hours spent second-guessing myself late at night, never quite sure I was getting it right. I built Nurtured to Sleep to be the support I wished I'd had: someone who turns all that research into something you can actually do at bedtime, with your own child.
